PUPILS WIN CUP-TIE ON PENALTY SHOOT-OUT
St Joseph's 1 Campbeltown Pupils 1 (1) - (4) penalties
Campbeltown Pupils reached the quarter-final of this season's Jimmy Marshall Trophy after a dramatic 4-1 penalty shoot-out win away to current Premier Division Leaders St Joesephs. The Pupils had taken the lead earlier in the match, but were pegged back with ten minutes remaining.
Although everyone agrees it is not the best way of deciding a cup-tie, scoring four of their penalties was enough see them through the last eight of the competition.
This week sees the local favourites return to league action at home against Centre One. Kick off is 2pm at Kintyre Park.
