Pass the mouse over the photo and it should appear.

I have had difficulty these last few days getting it to appear, but last night it was back to normal for some reason.

Don't give up.

I have just been looking at your photo of the Muasdale Sunset, and the wee lines are showing at the bottom when the mouse passes over the image.
I'm not sure what to suggest, except to ask if you did all the saving etc when you uploaded them to photobucket.
Maybe SCD could lead you through the process, as they deserve to be posted for others to admire.

I'm not a great help I know, but that's just part of being ancient.

Numberplease,
It looks like the pictures on your photobucket account are a little too large for this forum , I think you need to reduce them to 600 x 800 pixels in which ever photo editing program you use,
hope this helps

PS The above picture is the work of Numberplease! :)

Yes, images can only be 600 pixels high by 800 pixels wide.

Your images may only be up to 600 pixels high.
Your images may only be up to 800 pixels wide.

Numberplease. You can change the size of the photo on photobucket(while keeping the original on your computer untouched). Select the photo and choose edit image, Re size, 800 x 600, Then apply. Job done ......Good luck!

There you go :D

I have just been replying to JFM about us taking shots at the same location, and I come on here and find that I have done the same with you Numberplease :o

I am currently involved with my brother in law and nephew in America in a photo contest. An independent theme setter chooses what the subject for a given month is, and for January's "Sacred Places" theme I submitted a B&W image of that self same church and War Memorial Arch as one of three entries. I was a bit closer and further to the right, but it's uncanny that there has been two instances posted on the same night.

With your first image posted on the Forum, I for one look forward to seeing many more from you.

Thank you to everyone for all your helpful hints, I`m still going to keep on trying, but I put my denseness (is there such a word?) down to old age!
Pete, I thought that that little church at Kilmartin was lovely, and really liked that they paid their war dead the honour of their names above the gate. I have a few shots of the interior as well, but not all are in Photobucket.

Please excuse me for the disappearance of all my photos from this section.
I didn't quite understand that if I logged out of Photobucket all the images I had posted would disappear. I came to the Forum one evening at the end of the week after an absence of quite a few days and everything had gone!
I don't know if there is much point of trying to put what I originally had posted, or to just leave things as they are.

I am having difficulty finding any spare time right now, and the fact that I'm here right now is a bonus for me.

I don't know how I made such a basic mistake, but I obviously wasn't thinking very clearly when I pushed the destruction button.

Pete

I find that strange that you should loose your pics by simply logging out of Photobucket.

Logging in and out will not delete unless as you say you selected all and deleted by mistake?
