The woman who ate Scotland

This is a query really. This STV food programme is sponsored by Mull of Kintyre Cheddar. At the beginning of the programme, and at the breaks, there is the usual short promotion of the sponsors. When this comes on it is a scene showing a herd of Ayrshire Cattle grazing in a field with the sea in the background and a view towards Borgadale.

I have tried to work out where the field is and come to the conclusion that the only place with a view like this is Machribeg Caravan Site, and that field slopes up towards the edge of the dunes, plus the obvious fact that cattle are not kept in a caravan site. It's obviously not further along towards Dunaverty Rock. I would conclude that it is a composite scene with the field of cattle superimposed on a background of a well-known Kintyre seascape.

Unless anybody else knows different? :?

If you want to check it out, the programme is on tonight (Thursday 28 August) on STV at 7.30pm.

The scene is very short.
