With all the rain last night the Carra Water burst its banks and flooded the Glen. The river rises very quickly due to the lay of the valley and with input from forestry ditching, plantation and all the small tributaries flowing down the hills. Within hours after rain fall the levels drop quite quickly. Photos taken this morning from my house.

Happens two to three times a year depending on how heavy the rainfall.
