Here's shot of the beach at A'Chleit from last Monday. I just love that red sandstone, either on a beach or in architecture.

It`s at the top end of the beach at my favourite place on earth, Muasdale. Beautiful picture Crowth.

Just had a look at Muasdale Holiday Park.
This is on the static caravan page...."No Amusement Arcade
No Club House
No Shop (well stocked village shop 100 yards)
No Restaurant (hotels nearby)
No Swimming Pool (just the sea).
No Play Area (except the beach)."

It is brilliant Roger, that`s why we`re going back for a third visit. I only wish that we`d discovered Kintyre before we got so long in the tooth!

Same here.I am ashamed to say that our first visit to Scotland was in 2007.Missed out all those years.Making up for it now though. :D

Number, you got it slightly wrong about the location of A'Chleit, it's actually just north of Muasdale. And Roger, your description of Muasdale is spot on :wink:
