I am coming home for my first MOK10k. Can anyone tell me where each kilometre marker is, so i can imagine in my head how tired I am going to be and where? :D

you'll see them on the map on the "feeshul" MoK Run website Swanseajock.

Thanks 4th gen, was meaning to post about that. Yes there is a map and even a video/fly through using google map for you to see. Roughly though:

1k Dellwood
2k Sailing Club
3k Trench point at low askomil (water stop)
4k Sailing Club
5k Ferry terminal
6k Graveyard
7k Just before paddling pool
8k End of cutting/Kintyre Park
9k Meadowburn/tomaig Rd end
10k - finish - War Memorial :D
