Now that i have finally recovered I can only say that 8 x 1 min repeats up Knockscalbert hill with a short recovery in between was the toughest training session yet for me .Dont think I want to repeat that one too often . By the end I was feeling quite sick so cant imagine how Jen and Gary felt after 10 x 2 min repeats . I just kept saying to myself ....its got to be good for me , its got to be ....
well done everyone involved and to jen and Gary too, cant wait now til thursday Katfer .
