Forms can be downloaded from the website at www.mokrun.com

Though link to on-line application at Runners World doesn't work for me - do you have to subscribe to the magazine?? :? And YES, I am entering this time.

Does this mean you will be one off the new males to join the girls and boys of jog Scotland next year then D.p, if so I will look forward to the pleasure of your company, and remember, you must do as the teacher tells you (especially Fiona she bites) or you.ll get the belt, and we can all remember the way you used to greet like a wain when you got the belt in school.

Aye, aye Ninja Mania - we all know which P's they were.

Don't think I'll be joining Jog Scotland but may in the future - need to get from the walking to the running first before I can go to a club.

Thats not an excuse D.p.
Jog Scotland beginners group actually start with walking, so you would fit right in, and be made to feel at home.

Thanks for the info Elaine. That's me registered, from the relative comfort of my dining room. I just wish that the training could be done in here as well!

Ninja,

the hard bit is getting the bug back. Having seen you out on the pavements a couple of times, you've obviously got that and that's one of the major hurdles to get over. The only bug that I'm likely to get, in the short term, is the flu wan. :?

See that MOKRUN made it in to the top 10 races in the UK for atmosphere in Runners World -

http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/news/article.asp?UAN=3930

:D

Entries are coming in thick and fast this year, only around 100 spaces left.

Maybe someone should see if there are any runners at Welcon who maybe moving to the area. direct flights from Billund - Edinburgh. Around 400 DKK return ( £50 ) plus check-in and baggage fees just now 22-25 May

Seriously though, if there are any company employees in the area that week, i'm sure they would enjoy the hospitality, whether running or not.
