RunnersWorld readers vote MOKRUN2007 top Scottish Race

Postby Tom B » Sat Jan 26, 2008 9:56 pm

Big thanks and congratulations to all who help make the MOKRUN weekend and races memorable for runners. MOKRUN2007 just voted by runners as the top Scottish Race 2007, and 15th in the UK (out of 404), in the 15+ votes category.

Unfortunately we didn't make it in to the RW magazine's UK Top 50 races article as we received less than 50 votes overall - so be sure and vote in 2008!

That's great news Tom, well deserved, to see that MOK was voted top Scottish race in 2007 :D

I was so surprised when i got my last issue of Runners World to see that MOK was not featured in the UK Top 50, missing out with only 43 ratings.

Good to meet up with you during the first km at Buchlyvie today before you shot off into the distance!

Top Scottish race!! :D that really is great news.
I was disappoionted that it did not qualify for the British too...thought the votes and recommendations were flooding in last May, June and July but justy a few too few.....but top Scottish race is a magnificent achievement after ony 2 years.
