Mapping runs

Hey, looking for some advice on t'internet sites that are good at calculating the ditance that you run. Found a couple but they deal with the USA and the only UK one I found was pretty poor. Failing that has anyone got any good running routes that they use?

There is plenty good runs around Southend. Round the hill via then war memorial 5.8 miles ,round Macharioch 7.8 miles from Southend, then you have the beaches plus the forestry roads although it is quite easy to get lost on those.

looks useful

typed in Ballochgair and there I was - even cyber ran up to Lussa, 6 miles, burning 801 cals

tried to map over to Ballochatuy from Peninver, the two spurs of the Kintyre Way, but map did not seem to be up to date however good for forestry roads and road running.

This looks great. i have been marking some of my usual runs and the distances tally pretty well with some marks I have made for myself. I am not sure if I am using the site properly since I am having trouble saving but I will persevere. It's great.
