im thinking......
it could take a while, i may as well do the 10k, it will give me something to focus on but thats defo it, im back to the 1/2 training after that
mind you dublin is a 10k but by then my training will all have been geared toward the mok 1/2 might be able to squeeze some 10k training in although, it would sharpen me up again after my long lonesome runs of the 1/2 prep
wait a minute, ive thought again, i'm going to Dublin with a gang of 20 girls at beginning of february so id prob be better not to have more time away
