rate the race

Here is a link to rate the race on the Runners World web site.

If you enjoyed the race, tell the world!

Last year just a a few more positive ratings would have got the event into the UK top 50....dont just think about doing it.....!! do it!!

I think you may have to register with RW right enough....but it is worth it!

oops, somehow I pressed the wrong buttons and was not as fullsome in my praise of the atmosphere as I meant to be!
and they did not let me rate the PB potential at all!

It wont matter I suppose....plenty others are saying all the right things!! the more the better!!

I think I asked the same question last year, but can't remember the answer. What is PB?

Bobbie ...PB means personal best. Its such a great feeling when you beat your time from a previous race.
I was on a high that I took 3 mins of my time from last year and that was with a sore ankle. Sorry for sounding big headed but if your a runner doing a PB gives you a buzz. I am still on cloud 9. :D :D

Thanks, Pan. You should be very proud. That is amazing that you did your personal best, even inspite of having injured your ankle last week.

Thanks Bobbie and Annie for supporting us thru this forum from across the Pond. Maybe you can join us next year....now that would be something....all the way from the good o'le USA. You would get a medal for that in itself.

Pans, yes! I could stand up on the plane and run in place! (do you think the guy in the seat in front of me would misinterpret the heavy breathing?)
