Congratulations to everybody that took part in the race this morning they all did great and it was nice to see so many people taking part. The weather stayed dry and it was good to see so many spectators down cheering everybody on.

Thanks to the committee for a great job and it seems to be getting better each year. Hope evrybody enjoys the dance tonight you deserve a drink :D :D

Pans, were you able to run?
Some people die at 21 but aren't buried until they are 65.

Yes, a big thanks to all those involved in organising today's event.

In particular, I'd like to mention the great support from marshalls and spectators around the half marathon route ... it really helped and kept me going to the finish line :)

sorry for promising to help then not turning up,i'm sure there were plenty of helpers and the day was a great success, i couldn't even get to the front door to watch them pass. if your legs are feeling really bad after your run, multiply that by ten, after large quantities of strong painkillers.

next year, i'll keep my word and help, i'm never going to be able to run, so its as near to exercise as i'm likely to get.

well done everyone
