"Two years ago, Aaron Howlett was so lazy he had chips delivered from the shop next door.

On one occasion, despite having already eaten three main courses from a Chinese take-away, he was still hungry. So he bought another meal from a stranger in the street.

It was being unable to play with his niece Ellie without breaking into a sweat, feeling breathless and suffering chest pains which marked a turning point for Aaron.

And it led him to improve his health so much he was able to run the London marathon. ....."
