Hi, hopefully the link will work again soon, otherwise I shall start a new one.

Bruce and Linda at Scotland by the Roadside have been very good about this, it is part of their livelyhood and they have to protect themselves. So no hard feelings from me.

take care martin TLC

It is unlikely that the Lonesome Cowboy gained financially from the use of that one photo.

Linda's comment looks like a heavy-handed reaction that could have been dealt with via a PM instead of shouting here like this. It makes your business look like bullies, Linda and Bruce.

I know that copyright is important but for people not making any financial gain your reaction was very over the top.

Your entitled to your opinion.... and a lesson learned about taking photo's without permission.....

What, are you serious? Your response to someone using a pic is shocking. He posted it with good intent and you are attempting to defend your conduct (re replying in capitals which infers SHOUTING) and now this. Humour, aye right.

I am not about to give you all a lesson on the copyright laws. I am fully aware that putting capitals is SHOUTING, so as far as im concerned the matter is ended!

Just came across this thread - great pictures of my (great) Auntie Jenny and Uncle William - and a great song too.

I've sent you a PM, Lonesome Cowboy.
