Kintyre Mag site

I came across this site again whilst searching for some information and thought any new members who may not be aware of it may find it interesting. I had to search for the site but maybe a link to it might be an idea on the Campbeltown front page - or is it there and i've missed it ?? Even though it is now discontinued the 1997 to 2006 links to back issues are fascinating reading.

Hi there - I'll note this for the new site to be published. Many thanks. I think as a result of your post we may have some additional information in the future - many thanks! 8)

Donald Kelly, the historian at Muasdale has been collecting various historical documents for publishing on the Internet. You can see the documents at http://www.scribd.com/people/view/220389-kintyre-on-record. If you search within his documents for Kintyre Mag there is a 124 page document giving details of all the magazines printed.

There are lots of other documents too. If you sign up to Scribd (it's free) you can download the documents for viewing on your computer - might be easier than scrolling through the system that scribd use. This will develop into quite a resource for Kintyre I think. Well done Donald :)
