Here is another photo just emerged from the dim and distant past.......must have been summer 1980. Will consult my records and put an exact date on it.

11 of the 12 players (and all the Pavillion fellows) still in town and the 12th(and best!) is back pretty often, saw and spoke to him at the Music Festival.

Sure we haven't changed a bit :shock: :roll:

20th July 1980 it was.
We had beaten just Largieside 3-1 in the final of the McKinlay Shield.
Kevin McMillan scored 2 of our goals but had been subbed and was away to play music somehwere.
Archie Ronald scored the other.

No1 in the charts that day was Olivia Newton John and ELO with Xanadu, which I think was ELO's only no1.

And the luvvvvvly Kim Carnes turned......THIRTY FIVE :shock: :shock: that very day......why, that makes her............... :? :(

I was 17 then Kevin. Dougie was a couple of years, maybe even 3,behind me in school.
