As we all know the statue of Sir William McKinnon,by Charles McBride that stands outside the Aqualibrium, was formerly situated at Kiel School Dumbarton.Previous to that however the statue was originally situated in the Treasury Gardens Mombasa .

The bronze bust of Sir William,by the same artist,is in the possession of the Argyll and Bute Council.

I know my Summer'll never come
I know I'll cry until my dying day has come
Let the Winter roll along
I've got nothing left but song
