Would I be correct in assuming that it is now only an area name on the B842? main road into Southend.
Thanks in advance from Australia.

Hi Malbaby
Glen Breckerie is the glen that goes from Carrine to Amod Farm area.

This is lovely - songs about the glen and a chat with one of it's former inhabitants - Jimmy MacShannon.

Thanks....So there was only a school building on the Glenbreakerie Road.

The school building is due south in Glenbreakerie, it closed in 1973, I stayed in it mid 80s
when it was an outdoor center.
It was put up for sale after lying unused for many years, not sure what's happening with it.
