Site of the remains of Medevial Castle between Portrigh and Carradale Harbour.

Beautiful views they had. I also would be interested to hear about the history.
Some people die at 21 but aren't buried until they are 65.

Interesting that Airds Castle appears as a land feature guide on nautical charts. I'd have to look pretty close to find that from the Kilbrannan sound!

JD, just noticed this morning that there's an identical marker to the one in your photo by the entrance to the surgery carpark in Carradale. It's embedded in the concrete slab that crosses the culvert to the road.
