Woolworths SOLD !

Anyone heard anything ?

I meant to post earlier, I saw 4 Asians in at Woolies last Wed.... In the building for around 45mins....

(No I was not timing them, but their Range Rover was outside for over an hour)

Was in Argos last week and got chatting to the chap at the customer service desk who told me that they were hoping to open a store in Campbeltown within the year.

There is a poster in the window advertising Woolworths for sale or let (can't remember) and a contact number which wasn't there before.

The Woolies store in Campbeltown and Rothesay is owned by asians and were only rented back to Woolies ,so i dont see it strange that asians would be in it .

Woolworths was already owned by an Asian Family, they had been renting that shop to Woolworths.
Thats what I heard anyway. So it might not have been sold, maybe the owners wanted to see the condition Woolies was left it?

Who Knows. :lol:
