Hell no!! Sorry I should have made it clearer

Parky says it all doesn't he?

"She was brought up on a sink estate, as a child came to know both drugs and crime, was barely educated, ignorant and puerile.

He said Goody was "the perfect victim of our times...brought up in a cesspit of poverty and died to an orchestrated chorus of exploitation".

"All that is to be wished of such a troubled soul is: rest in peace,"

So Jack Tweed has been sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment. He will serve half the sentence before being released on licence and has been ordered to pay £200 compensation to Mr Wilkins, the taxi driver he assaulted, and costs of £466.

He got of light considereing this is not a first offence.
I know my Summer'll never come
I know I'll cry until my dying day has come
Let the Winter roll along
I've got nothing left but song

I heard on the radio today that the judge said if it had not been for recent events the sentence would be more .I dont think that should have had anything to do with it .Although it was sad about his wife ,things like this happen all the time and the relatives dont recieve any leniency from the courts.

Most sheriffs or judges can and do take into account things that are going on in someone's private life before passing sentence.
Can you blame the man for going out of his mind temporarily?
