Some people die at 21 but aren't buried until they are 65.

My knowledge of religion isn't very good, but I believe the pope is Catholic, not baptist.

Ofcourse, and as I am catholic(well, more or less) myself, my name is quite well chosen. In English, both my name and religion are Christian. In Dutch only my name

Iran Awakening by Shirin Ebadi - an islamic lawyer (woman) fighting for human rights in Iran - being abridged on R4 - told the story of an 11yr old girl raped and killed in Iran. The 2 perps were found guilty and sentenced to death - but the girls father must pay the blood money - 1 girl = 1/2 of 1 man therefore to see justice the father must pay 1 1/2 times the going rate for blood money. He is poor so he cant pay - therfore they go free. -- got to admire this womans guts and determination to bring cases to court without critisising her religion however unfair it may be to women and children. Seems the women of islam have a long way to go but could ultimately be the saving of the planet cos if we let these nutters flourish we are in trouble. I read one quote from a uk muslim leader (paraphrasing here but it was about the pope )- "if you critisis islam it will only lead to violence" - what kind of screwed up religion is that?

did anyone hear the debate on the jeremy vine show today. they had some some guy from the muslim community and he was crazy. think it will get a lot worse before it gets any better. going of the point a bit here, does anyone want to go into business with me? im going to start selling U.S. flags in the muslim world. think we could make a fortune, you always see them waving them about on the news, and the best thing is they need to come back the next day to buy another one. what will make my flags different than everyone else's is i'm going to make mine out of shell-suits.
please note the picture is NOT of me! it is me wearing a scary mask
