Whit a fantastic, wondrous spectacle it wis the nicht!!!!!! Glasgow did itself proud over the last two weeks. I have to say I watched some sporting events I have never watched before. I don't think it was because I'm biased but I really think the whole Games were defined by Glasgow's spirit and the sport itself took the silver

Glasgow really did do a wonderful job of hosting these Games. My own experience of events was all in the first few days so I don't think I even witnessed the best of it but the sun was shining and the atmosphere in and around the venues was fantastic.

As the main man said, Glasgow is shit.
