London have a habit of electing clowns as mayors, who the hell takes Boris the clown seriously. He is just a front for the people pulling the strings behind him. Like everything in this age, corrupt to the core. Does anyone really think a clown like that has any final say in anything.
I wouldn't trust him to organise a birthday party !!
