Hawf in Hawf

Postby ionnsaigh » Fri Jul 15, 2011 12:58 pm

Due to the ever increasing fuel bills, ( Gas Electricity ) with more than enough cash going to rich shareholders, and another 1 Million People added to the existing 4 Million souls already suffering from fuel poverty. I have decided to start a campaign against this ( after all we are a land rich in natural resource )

The Hawf in Hawf Campaign.......... We pay exactly half the total amount shown on our bills, and spend the other half, thereby feeding the economy.
Good idea or what ?

Me and that dirty old dog go back more than a few years, I learned about hegemony, back stabbing, trendy pink socialists,
careerists who would sell their Granny, sex parties, champagne, coke, and the treacherous Trotsky.

Ionns - it's all a great idea, however it would benefit me a lot more if I didn't restrict it to my electricity and gas bills. Ideally I'd like to pay half my taxes, half my mortgage, loans, other utility bills, etc. I'll be a wealthy man........ until of course my boss decides to adopt this principal ....... and start paying me half my wages :(

Perhaps the government could adopt your novel idea and pay half of benefits. Think of how much they could then spend on lavish parties with their media chums.

Where do I sign? :D

The cost of £88-75p, is I'm afraid - hawf price.
The cost of membership rose at 12noon - by a total of 44%.
If you don't like, or can't afford it, then you can freeze, mind you could always cut back on foodstuffs.
( Hypothermia kills quicker than Malnourishment ) Both conditions however I fear, will kill tens of thousands of old, infirm and poor people this Winter.

Enough is enough...........
