Thanks for the thoughts Roger.

It's pretty scary to be honest.
Daily protests in the streets.
We're living under 24 hour armed guard.
When we do go out, we have to travel in a convoy with security guards.
Not sure when the next rescue plane will be.
We've been speaking to the Foreign Office on a daily basis to see when they think it will be safe.
But essentially they've said it's our own fault for moving to Glasgow
