There are a lot of people who shouldn't be allowed to have more kids so that seems cheap at the price!
Blow away the dreams that tear you apart
Blow away the dreams that break your heart
Blow away the lies that leave you nothing but lost and brokenhearted

On the other hand, with a world population of 6 billion going on 7, and each new mouth a lifetime consumer of rapidly dwindling resources, why stop at drug addicts? A bit more cash up front for the middle classes, perhaps, in recognition of their greater overheads, and maybe greed could impact overpopulation. Let the free market do its job.

Providing access to birth control and counseling is admirable; bribing women to be sterilized is beneath contempt.

Do we know if anyone has actually taken these vile people up on their offer?
