An African nation, newly independent was holding a criminal court trial. All the barristers were wearing wigs and the Judge had his red robes.

Soon after the trial started a pygmy entered and ran round touching all the womens br---ts.

This happened several times and one of the public (a legal man) enquired what was the meaning of the pygmy. it was explained to him that the court was run on the English system. He said I understand that but why the pygmy?, do you not read the papers about court cases. It means; a little titter ran round the court.
