Someone to inspect a roof

Do you someone who could check a roof for me?
I want to buy a flat but the roof was raised as an issue by a surveyor. I need it inspected, damp patches on the ceiling investigated and an estimate for any repairs. The problem may have been fixed but I need it checked. It is third floor, easy roof access from dormer and loft hatch.
