I was sent a promotional e-mail today from Prezzo stating that to celebrate Andy's fantastic win, every main meal would come with a free glass of Prosecco today and tomorrow.
In smaller writing, it said that due to licensing laws, Scottish diners could have a free glass of a soft drink. Ah the utter irony!!!!
What part of Scottish law stops you getting free wine? Is it because there is a minimum price?
