Nice One Hamish!

Hard to top in terms of rarity value - the only thing that comes to mind would be a bottle of Bochan Breath but to get one of THEM to do anything for charity would be about as easy as reciting Flory Loynachan backwards. However I could be wrong. Bochan Mor? (Never there when you need them)

'Jar of mist' Answering your questions ;)

Postby maxmix » Tue Apr 12, 2005 1:42 pm

Glad you like the idea... Made a bit over the years on eBay so nice to get a charity involved... Left a reply to your emails... So the Forum will get a little mention ;) Any more Q's can be answered on the auction...

Thanks for your support

maxmix (Hamish)

PS Would be nice to see Cancer Research getting a 3 figure sum ;)

Mist

This is an excellent idea - just shows you can sell anything on e-bay!

Perhaps we should all get together and put in a bid!?

Aye - very good indeed -

if anybody's ever read those items about daft things tourists ask
eg: in Edinburgh "...what time does one o'clock gun go off..." etc.
apparently our own Shirley has been asked "...when does the mist roll in from the sea..."

- sorely tempted to get the smoke machines over to the trench point!

It's up to £97 now. Next bidder should take it into three figures.

Well isn't that curious? The current high bidder has actually changed his Ebay ID from nicebutdim21 (highest bidder when Courier went to press) to unlockmyphonebypost :? :)

Handy bit of advertising that, eh :!:
