Just wondering what Google Plus is as i have never heard of it, is it similar to Facebook/Twitter etc ?

Aw okay, yeah it's similar to Facebook, a lot cleaner interface though. http://plus.google.com you should check it out, it's got a run through of the features, if you're interested in it, just say and I'll invite you.

Thanks for that Gavin, starting my 2 night shifts tonight so i will check it out in a couple of days. was on Facebook for about 3 months and found it a bit "intrusive and pushy", it was not for me.

No problem! Yeah, it can be, so many different privacy settings to change on it too. I think Plus is a bit easier to customise privacy settings anyway.

been looking at Google Plus and it looks interesting, i have a week off work then i am coming up to CN for my holidays, will try and sort something out before i go away but if "her in doors" finds me jobs to do i will have to leave it till Augst.

"her in doors" usualy asks me if i will do something around the house, but ofcourse being a man i forget, she then leaves me a little note on my computer desk with the "said requests". I tend to wait untill i have a few jobs then have a blitz and do them all in one go. We have been married 43 years and i have allways helped out in the house be it hoovering, dusting, cleaning the kitchen or bathroom. Two years ago my wife went on holiday with the family (work prevented me for going) and i was on my own for 2 weeks, before she went away i learned how to work the washer and how to do the ironing, so now i can just about turn my hand to any jobs around the house, i still wash and iron my work clothes today.
Just looking round the house now and it's all nice and tidy apart from where i am sat in front of the computer, my desk and shelve's are to be blunt, a "bl##dy tip", somehow i can never keep it tidy.

Yeah, mine said that too, you need an invite to get in.
