I would like a picture.

The notice warning folk that the well/spring water if unfit for human consumption at th eSouthend well near the Columba's footprint it the very picture I need for my Dissetetion and as I am in Dundee it's a bit far to come. could some kind soul go and take a photo, with the sign clearly legable, and I will by you a drink. j.z.park@dundee.ac.uk

I would think that the only problem with the water is high nitrates which is not very good for pregnant women and wee bairns. but there is probably not much wrong with it, just council risk assesment gone mad. I find the signs a bit of an unnessesary eyesore. It will be used for an illustration of such sentements in my Disertation for the Geography department at Dundee. The spell checker helps me with my disability but I find most folk can work out what I wan't from my spelling. Chided from Honalulu............whatever next. :wink:
