Some people die at 21 but aren't buried until they are 65.

Great Photo's P.

Postby Ninja Mania » Mon May 08, 2006 9:11 am

What a great sellection of pic's D.p and it was a beautiful day as you can see.
Nice opener of the rock known as the Queens head, followed by a couple off Scart rock the island we used to swim to when we were wee.
Then the one looking west towards the old Lifeboat slipway, where manys a days were spent fishing for crabs.
The next is off an old couple of locals that just laze about all day Mr & Mrs Mc seal, followed by a selection of different views.
There are a few of our golf course, but the best has to be the one taken from the 1st hole called Battery, which is still rated as the best opening hole of any golf course in the world, (and I had a birdie at it just last week) thought I would just throw that in.
Good pics D.p perhaps you should come round the course with me some day and take some pics of the different holes and use them in your site, im sure they would generate some outside interest. If your not fit enough we, sorry YOU, could hire one of the golf carts to scoot us round. What do you think ?

Cheers Peter,

That would be great - it would be good to get some photos of the course - I've only got a few of the 1st and the 18th. Plenty of Dunaverty mind you!

Will give you a shout some time. Cheers

Nice Pics "p",

Am looking for a job like urs when I get back to this planet the next time!! Had to laugh about Ninja Mania looking for "crabs" at the Lifeboat slip. Am sure "the boys" at the past beech parties we've had in the area have caught a fair batch of the wee nippers on that very slip??
