I received an e-mail from Archie Anderson asking if I could add this link to the http://www.visitkintyre.info website (which I will).

However, I thought I should post this on the forum and let you see some of Archie's wonderful images from around Kintyre!

Cheers Archie!! 8)

I say this where respect is due all other photographers, but Archie Anderson has become my favorite photographer. I have been looking at pictures since I discovered National Geographic when I was very young, always awed by the photography, but Archie, your pictures are stunning and some of the best I've seen. I think you should choose themes and hardbind your pictures. How could anyone who visits not pick one up. Those already in love with Kintyre wouldn't leave without taking a book with them, and those not in love with it will certainly fall in love when they see the pictures the way you've represented it.

They are really great pictures.
I was talking to him in tesco and told him to get a link to his site through visit kintyre.

I am so glad he did :D :D

Looking forward to more great photos.

Yes - couldn't agree more. Archie's photos are superb!

As part of the new site I am going to have a local photographers section with links to various sites or images of theirs - I've now managed to get a few so any more please let me know.

Brilliant!
