Absolutely beautiful pictures. Do we have to pick just one? Can't we pick five? I am awestruck by many of the pictures I see on these pages.
The pictures are all beautiful, but Bob Dunnett's fishing boat gets my vote this time.

Btw, as you are getting the calendar together, have you thought of having a photography show, with all the pics printed out, maybe framed and prints to sell, along with the calendars? Maybe that could happen during the music festival. Seems to me that visitors would love to buy some of these.

ailsa craig

Postby witchnettle » Sat Dec 10, 2005 7:34 pm

i love the picture of the ailsa craig and have sat looking at it, with a wee voice in my head, saying somethings not right. And of course the sun don't set in the west...... so the SUNRISE picture gets my vote. x

Great photos, really hard to choose one, but I like Davids sunset over west loch.
This is my version of sunset over Ailsa Craig, maybe not as nice as Marys, but the right time of day :)

I've got a picture somewhere of a submarine outlined against Ailsa Craig.

No, same direction, but its more of a moonrise really :) , the sunset was behind me. Ailsa Craig is there to the right , but a bit lost in the mist! :)

Well done to Bob who won November's photo of the month! Congratulations against some stiff competition.

Brilliant!

Postby Annie » Wed Jan 04, 2006 11:34 pm

They are all brilliant, but I have a penchant for the Castlehill flowers myself. Having worked in McTaggarts office, it was one of the only things in the spring that helped me get through the day!
