I don't care if folk shout me down but this is Current Affairs. There's another place on here called 'House of Fun' where would-be 'comics' can post their stupid jokes. Can we just stick to the threads please? I'd prefer absence to improvement in this particular thread, thank you very much.

Good for you, Roger. I find a few people on here annoying and over opionated (present company excepted), but good manners and a belief that anyone is entitled to use a public forum as they see fit generally prevent me
from making outbursts against their posts.
Besides that, there's nothing wrong with a few well placed jokes now and then, even if they are crap, Roger.
