What is everyone paying for Broadband in Kintyre?

Anyone got a really cheap deal?

Just out of interest.

I'm £17.99 a month and have to say access has been excellent - in fact I don't even know what I have! Think it is 2MB.

We use BT Business Broadband which is twenty-something a month. Not the cheapest but it's an unmetered connection (no download limits) and I really can't fault the service.

I'm often asked who people should sign-up with. How about we list the good/bad companies?

If you want some discount LMK, I can refer you

8MB for £20 odd that equates to a 7.4MB connection in the town centre....

Which gives me a download speed (Constant) at 750K Per Sec....

So A typical Mp3 Track at 4MB downloads in about 6-7 Secs and a complete album in jut over a minute....

Not bad I suppose, I sure miss my US Robotics 56.6K modem :shock:

PS The house connection is with Tiscali.... 8MB Max but lucky to get 1-2MB is £14.99 Per Month but capped during peak hours....

Complete pain in the butt......
