I looked for a post on plays but couldn't find one so hope I haven't doubled up here. There are some really good productions on in London. Last week, I saw Miller's A View from the Bridge. It had Ken Stott who was brilliant and had a great Brooklyn accent. I saw this play about ten years ago when it was Anthony La Plagia, who was also great in the role of Eddie.
I've also got tickets for Be Near Me by Andrew O'Hagan which I believe has transferred from Scotland. Having read the book, I'm looking forward to the play although they won't be able to capture O'Hagan's beautiful, descriptive writing.
Next month, I'm going to see Three Days of Rain with James McAvoy.
