Have your say....

Bands I've been listening to lately that probably only...

...Murtle will be interested in.

The Sound Of Animals Fighting - The Oceans And The Sun
The Gaslight Anthem - The '59 Sound
Ashes Divide - Canna mind the name of the album but it's Billy Howerdel from A Perfect Circle's new band. Paz Lenchantin is in it too. She was in A Perfect Circle and Zwan.
Cult Of Luna - Eternal Kingdom. Probably too heavy for anyone else on here, but the concept is amazing. They found a diary of an insane prison inmate and wrote the lyrics round his ramblings. Well, I like the concept anyway.
The Ascent Of Everest - Lonely Sits The City
One day I'll get Explosions In The Sky, I keep forgetting.

Got the Oasis album as well. Does Noel know he's allowed to change the tempo on his songs? I read somewhere that the first song sounded like Columbia, which is my favourite Oasis song. Nothing like it. Sounds more like Last Gas by Embrace.

Also downloaded the first album by VAST, (that's allowed because I have the CD at home). It's quality.

The one that goes "we are a bunch of arseholes who only try in big games, and our manager is big, fat and has a bright orange face and the organisational skills of a mute baboon"?

There's a band called Fire In The Attic that are supposed to sound a bit like Rival Schools and Glassjaw. The album isn't on warez though.
