who died? what was on the newspaper clipping jack had? i figured out halfway thru it was aflash forward not a flashback, but that doesn't explain who died once they got back and why it would mean anything to kate and jack, the implication is that kate is with sawyer so its not him, my money is on hurley, but then ithe funeral homwe was in a poor black area so was it micheal or walt? or bernard?

who cares, i'm still trying to get over stargate ending

I don't think it was anyone of those in LOST that we have seen who died..I think its another new face still to pop up in the next season.......

the popular consensus is that it was bens funeral and thats why there was no one at it
and jack was so upset cos ben was the only one who could lead him back to the island

Why would he want to go back as he said he would kill Ben ....and why want Kate to go to funeral...no it has to be someone who was close to Kate as well and Ben certainly wasn't ......
