I heard so many great things about this series and six weeks ago we started to watch it on Netflix - all 60 episodes!! Well, last night we watched the finale and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! What a fantastic ride it has been and no wonder it won all those awards. I can honestly say it was the best thing I've ever seen on TV. :D

Funny you should mention this, we just watched the first two episodes last night. 8) Certainly looks promising.

We watched the first episode again yesterday as we were told there is so much in it that is relevant to the unfolding of the drama. I don't think watching it makes you realise how dark it is going to get.
Really the best series ever shown on TV. I have been obsessed with it for weeks - Mr Govangirl drives me potty with all the Walter White sayings - and for me, breaking up with Breaking Bad is hard to do (oh that's good, see what I did there? )

Are you hooked? Series 4 was my favourite, you have two shockers coming which stay in your mind. All the events are brilliantly executed.

One scene that I think was brilliantly scripted ,and acted out by Walt,is the one in the gymnasium in the aftermath of the mid air collision.I thought the scriptwriters were 100% spot on with Walt's rant against today's culture of fake grief , and counselling for the least imagined tragedy .

Absolutely! And the conversation between Walt and Skyler was also great. And wasn't the scene with the two brothers just filled with tension? The visuals, the pacing, the cinematography - all of it is just amazing!!

Come on, there must be others who have seen this or have started watching it!!!!!!!!!!!!! :<>

Yes, I did see that, absolutely fantastic!!! It's hard to imagine him now as Malcolm's dad!! This is fabulous too:

Did you find the end satisfying enough? I totally loved it. I had changed my mind about Walt by the end of Series 4 so I thought it tied up everything in a good way, particularly with Jesse. Jesse's dream was so moving. I was only sorry about Hank. I also wasn't sure about the final song. I guess it was because of the title and the line about getting what you deserve but personally, I reckon Dylan's 'It's all over now, Baby Blue' would have been much better.

Anyway, don't forget - I am the one who knocks!!!!!!!!!

Yes, was happy with the ending.Thought it only right, that with Hank being shot,Walt should also be killed.Giving his life to safe Jessie was the perfect ending.

Possibly the Dave Edmunds classic as the final song?

I would change the thread title to add CONTAINS SPOILERS but don't know how to do it :(

I loved Hank as a character but I didn't like his ending. He deserved more, maybe being killed by someone with at least a bit of a back story but I guess after thinking of it, that's what happens with drug dealers.
