Obviously results weren't great, but they weren't that bad a team. Maybe they should have gave him a year to settle into the English game and found his feet with language etc. Time will tell. Apparently thinking on bringing back Avram Grant?!

Chelsea have confirmed Guus Hiddink will manage the club until the end of the season.

Hiddink will succeed Luiz Felipe Scolari at Stamford Bridge following the Brazilian's surprise sacking on Monday.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is a close friend of Hiddink and he feels the Russia coach is the right man to take over from Scolari.
