Putting Green

In the absence of someone biddng to run the putting green, I feel the council should employ someone, or deploy someone, to run the putting green.

It could be quite difficult for unemployed people, if they were interested, to come off benefits for a few weeks in the summer, especially when the income from the putting green depends on the weather.
