Point Sands

Anyone know why there is no camping or tourers allowed at Point Sands Holiday Park anymore? Shame, great spot and visited there a few times over the years with family and friends from away. Went last year for first time in 4 or 5 years and changes at the park were great and we all had a superb time. Was hoping to do same this year but only found out it's only statics now.

Colleuges of mine used to go there and were told last no year more camping. It's a fab site.

I'm actually quite devastated that I can't camp here this year. Been there in my tent for the last four years and a great spot. My son still keeps on thinking we can camp as he loved it there. Must admit I was recently impressed with Carradale Bay and Killiegruer is a great site too so there are other options. Machrihanish, Peninver, Southend and of course Gigha so will get about
