Easter Sunday Menu - 16th April 2006

Broccoli and stilton soup(v)
3 Fresh oysters on crushed ice with lemon
Goats cheese with cranberry chutney(v)
Smoked salmon pate and melba toast

Roast lamb with mint gravy
8oz Scottish sirloin steak with Springbank and peppercorn cream
Scallop and langoustine brochette baked with ginger
Roasted vegetable lasagne(v)
Poached smoked haddock in parsley sauce on a bed of mashed potatoes

Banoffee pie
Baileys cheesecake topped with chocolate curls
Fresh melon balls with lemon sorbet
Cheese selection and oatcakes

Complimentary glass of wine with every meal
2 Courses - £14.50
3 Courses - £17.00

12pm-3pm & 5.30pm-9pm
