RLSS Pool Lifeguard Course

RLSS Pool Lifegurd Qualification
Are you aged over 16yrs?
Are you a competent swimmer?
Are you interested in developing lifesaving skills and learning rescue techniques?

Can you:
Jump/Dive Into Deep Water
Swim 50m (2 lengths)in under 60 sec
Swim 100m on front continuously (4 lengths)
Swim 100m on back continuously ( 4lengths)
Tread water for 30 seconds
Complete a surface dive to depth of 1.8m

The next RLSS Pool Lifeguard course, has been scheduled for week begining Monday 13th October
Anyone wishing to be considered for this course please put their name forward to Aqualibrium no later than Friday 3rd October.

Course Fee of £200 Applies

All potential candidates will be asked to complete the above competency test prior to their sucessful enrolment on course.
