ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE

Patients often struggle to find time during their busy day to request repeat prescriptions. Vision online repeats makes it quick and simple for patients to request repeat medication online, at any time of day, wherever they are at the time.

When the patient logs into their Vision Online account and selects to reques...t repeat medication they are presented with a list of their eligible repeat items. Requesting repeat items is as simple as ticking the appropriate boxes and clicking to request the selection. The patient then submits the request and receives a confirmation email to let them know the request was sent to the practice successfully.
There are many reasons why patients should use Vision Online Repeats:

1.Patients don’t have to travel to the surgery to order their repeat medication.
2.Patients can order from the comfort of their home or work.
3.Vision online repeat is quick, accurate and secure.

Any medications patients’ use that DO NOT appear on the online screen can be requested using a comments section on the online request form.

Patients should allow 72 hours from ordering to collecting their medication.
