Tartan Army Charity Dance raises...

Postby CTA » Sat Feb 18, 2006 10:24 am

Just to let you know the TA St Andrews Charity Dance held in December raised almost £4,600. 8)

£4,569 to be exact!

There are still a couple of bits and bobs to sort out and still some money to get in! So far we have identified the money going to the following local groups:-

Kintyre Schools Pipe Band - £1,000
Meadows Changing Rooms/Youth Football - £1,000
Argyll FM - £500
Campbeltown Pupils AFC - £350
Campbeltown Boys AFC - £350
Kintyre Shinty Club - £200
Mull of Kintyre Half Marathon - £200
Campbeltown Cinema - £200
Southend Village Hall - £200
Stewarton Village Hall - £200
Campbeltown Traders Association Christmas Lights Fund - £200

As a few cheques have still to be cashed etc (sorry!) so money will be issued over the next couple of weeks.

Will donate the remaining money which we hope to increase once we meet and decide.

Thanks to everyone who helped out - far too many to mention! 8)

A very big thank you from Dunaverty Village Hall Southend, every little helps.
Come along to the Vic on Saturday to see the Peatbog Faeries - a fundraiser for the hall.
